Registrar of Real Properties - The Registrar of Real Property (RoRP) is responsible for approval and registration of all types of transactions relating to Real Property located within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in accordance with the DIFC Laws and Regulations. This project is a customized Real Estate Implementation project which involved developing a seamless web and SAP interface (using Dialog programs, Workflow, Reports, Adobe forms, Remote Enabled Function modules etc.) for the customer service executives who are responsible for maintaining the register of all properties.
• Primary level of production support for RORP Customer Service Executives, handling queries regarding all RORP applications and trouble shooting and fixing issues with existing processes.
• Development and configuration of new Commercial Lease Templates using Adobe forms.
• Creation of new real estate business entities, building and units.
• Creation of business partners, Point of Contacts and shareholding relationships.
• Enhancement of reports and processes in the area of Government services and ROS (Registry of Services).
• Development and end to end testing for sub-unit leasing and multiple tenants leasing in RORP, including creating Service letters using Adobe Forms.
• Enhancements to the existing mortgage and freehold transfer applications to improve functionality and usability.

Woolworths Galaxy Programme is one of the largest retail implementations of SAP in Australia. This is an ambitious 5-year program aimed at re-engineering the existing legacy system onto SAP.
• Preparing feasibility studies and proof of concepts for objects involving Workflow, Webdynpro, IDOCs and Adobe forms.
• Data migration of materials, merchandise categories and promotion/offers data into SAP using LSMW and IDOCs.
• Implementation of BADIs and implicit enhancements for product cost derivation and net weight calculation.

Technical Dev - HR, Finance and Procurement Platform. The Group IT team of this platform is responsible for Service Delivery to clients, a major chunk of which are Lloyds Banking Group business users. In addition to regular production support, this team engages in designing and developing solutions for its internal as well as external customers and providing consultancy services.

Schlumberger Replacement Project IBIS (International Benefits in SAP). This involved replacing a web based record keeping system with SAP HR functionalities and providing automated solutions for benefit administration for the HR executives and end users.
• Gathering requirements across the organization, via discussions with the business team, the SME’s and the HR Payroll team.
• Single handedly implementing HR data migration using BDCs, standard BAPIs and LSMW from legacy to the SAP system.
• Creation of custom infotypes and bespoke database tables for storing benefits data in SAP.

• Reverse Logistics Tracking - Implemented the SAP 4.7 Enterprise Warehouse Management. All RF transactions are implemented as SAP transactions, using SAP development tools and environment. The Data Logic RF Scanners are installed to provide a mechanism whereby various SAP transactions can be performed from RF terminals. The real time SAP data environment is provided on RF terminals.
