Registrar of Real Properties - The Registrar of Real Property (RoRP) is responsible for approval and registration of all types of transactions relating to Real Property located within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in accordance with the DIFC Laws and Regulations. This project is a customized Real Estate Implementation project which involved developing a seamless web and SAP interface (using Dialog programs, Workflow, Reports, Adobe forms, Remote Enabled Function modules etc.) for the customer service executives who are responsible for maintaining the register of all properties.

• Primary level of production support for RORP Customer Service Executives, handling queries regarding all RORP applications and trouble shooting and fixing issues with existing processes.
• Development and configuration of new Commercial Lease Templates using Adobe forms.
• Creation of new real estate business entities, building and units.
• Creation of business partners, Point of Contacts and shareholding relationships.
