Conduct site surveillance to check the civil, structural, fireproofing works, material deliveries, preservations and should conform to the project specifications. Make records of all activities as to be used for the close out of project PMCC items. Raise non conformance report on activities, materials that doesn't follow the latest approved drawings or project standards. Coordinate regularly on other discipline personnel regarding activities that involves all works.
Inspection and monitoring Civil works on site. Review package, standards and drawing to make sure all works are based on latest issued for constructions. Monitor redline, Technical Queries at site. Arrange & always update QC documents for easy tracking.
Do the inspections and documentations for project records and billing purposes. Coordinate with the site engineers and other QC of other discipline to avoid future problems. Conduct trainings for civil worker to make them aware of the proper working procedures.
Implements quality practices based on approved procedures and specifications. Monitor activities on site like material receiving, pipe bedding, compaction, backfilling, road construction, concreting, asphalting, building works, steel structure installations to check the conformity on the client requirements. Raise RFI, make checklist and accompany consultants during inspections. Make inspection reports or NCR on non complying activities. Arrange quality control documents for easy tracking and ready for audits both internal and by clients.
Prepare ITP for the project. Review material submittal from suppliers. Conduct sampling on the materials needed and witness trial mixes for concrete. Initiate RFI and accompany the Client Inspectors for inspection at site. Check material deliveries and prepare materials delivery log for easy tracking. Prepares monitoring log to records the finished part and ongoing works.
Monitor site activities everyday. Conduct material sampling as per requirements. Conduct trial mixes for concrete. Initiate RFI and accompany the Client and Consultants for site inspection. Monitor concrete batch operations during concreting and make preliminary checking of concrete like slump test, temperature checking and concrete sampling. Check material deliveries and prepare material delivery log for easy tracking. Prepare also progress monitoring log to records the finished and on going works at site.
