• Manage and monitor operation activities to ensure high productivity.
• Supervise the production area and identifies the non-conformance and makes necessary corrective actions.
• Ensures the strict implementation of company rules and regulations, SOP’s and administers necessary disciplinary actions.
• Direct and report to Production Manager of all matters affecting efficient operations and product quality.
• Minimize cost and wastages and ensures conformance to safety and quality standards.
• Work and coordinate with Maintenance Department and quality teams to identify and resolve production problems.
• Accomplish daily production reports.

• Supervise and manage Skilled Labor Positions.
• Assign production schedules to ensure that production builds are met.
• Ensure that all employees have the proper training in their given field and make certain that they approach their work in compliance with the programs, procedures, and policies that have been instilled.
• Provides or assigns training, as required to assure processes and standards are met.
• Keep track of group attendance on a daily basis; identifies non-conformance and makes corrections as necessary.
• Provides recommendation and input into the employees’ evaluation and disciplinary processes.
• Work with engineering and quality teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production problems.
• Minimizes waste and cost and ensures conformance to safety and quality standards.
• Generates ideas and implement changes in processes and use of equipment to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce cost, and improve employee morale.
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices. Develops appropriate programs in areas that need improvement planning.
• Responsible for safety on the line and for adhering to all safety rules and programs, and for attending all required safety training.

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within or between departments according to the production schedules.
• Manage the arrangement of products and dispatch time to the customers on or before the due date.
• Ensure the received deliveries are stored quickly, safely and checked for completeness.
• Manage the shipping, loading and offloading activities of the FG / Raw products.
• Accurately maintain and monitor stocks inventory.

• Accomplish daily reports to be submitted to the Operation Supervisor/ Manager.

• Responsible for responding to sales inquiries, filing reports, and providing creative solutions to discrepancies.
• Maintain database of all existing and new approved suppliers. Identify supplier by category and item type.
• Assist Management in proposal evaluation and supplier selection decisions to ensure the integrity of the process.
• Prepare, evaluate and negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing within strict time frames.
• Monitor contract deliverables and ensure that all elements of the goods or services are delivered in accordance with the scope of work and / or specifications, quality assurance requirements and time frames agreed to by the supplier.
• Negotiate procurement timelines with clients and suppliers, analyze and identify opportunities to consolidate requirements and increase efficiencies improve service and reduce costs.
