Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) at the airport. And ensure that all VDGS equipment operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and disruptions to airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of VDGS equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Perform routine calibration to maintain accuracy and adjustments of VDGS systems like the addition of new aircraft and stop bars modification.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with VDGS systems, including sensors, displays, and communication interfaces(LASER, Stepper Motors, CPU, etc.).
Repair or replace faulty components as necessary to restore functionality.
Monitor the performance of VDGS equipment, identifying potential issues before they lead to system failures.
Utilize monitoring tools and software to track system performance and generate reports.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, airport regulations, and safety protocols.
Conduct safety checks and risk assessments to prevent accidents or system malfunctions.

-Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Internet of Things (IoT) devices and systems.
-Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of IoT devices and sensors.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure proper functionality and performance of deployed IoT
systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices, networks, and data
connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IoT solutions for clients.
- Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates on IoT devices to ensure optimal
performance.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users regarding IoT devices and applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in IoT technologies and industry trends.

Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment.
Plans network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications; ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools; assessing installation site; and preparing an installation diagram.
Establishes voice and data networks by running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables; installing telecommunications equipment, cable trays, and alarm; building ironwork and ladder racks; establishing connections; programming features; establishing connections and integrations; following industry standards; activating remote access tools; and coordinating with contractors.
Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testing network back-up procedures, and updating documentation.
Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns and answering questions.
Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and other related equipment.

· Perform advanced maintenance and optimization of ELV systems, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security systems

· Conduct routine inspections and repairs of ELV equipment

· Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and schedules

· Support the ELV Supervisor in coordinating major repairs and upgrades

· Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards

· Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence

-Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization’s computers.
-Support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within their company.
-Install, maintain repair Point of Sales and Inventory systems.
-Install maintain repair CCTV systems and loss prevention systems.
