Manage and play oversight functions to the initiation, implementation and sustainability of projects skewed towards enhancing agricultural production, increased income generation, improve employment, create employment and ensure the transformation of the productively challenged rural people. This is called upon by managing partnership relationships in Industrial and Rural Processing Protocols, managing linkages and sourcing for outlets that will improve and increase the supply and value chain mechanisms which includes the overall management of The Allanblackia Project; involved in the implementation of the DADTCO/RIVERS Cassava Processing Factory and Agro - Support Service Centre (a one stop agric support centre for farmers)
MANAGER - PILOT PROJECTS (MAY, 2010 - DEC.2010), RIVERS STATE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (R.S.S.D.A.):
Manage and play oversight function in the establishment of The Rivers State Allanblackia Project in the establishment of a World Class 200, 000 Allanblackia Seedlings Nursery Site at Mgbu- Azuogu in Oyigbo Local Govt. Area of Rivers State; manage and support food security in the State through the creation and development of mechanism that will encourage rural processing, enterprise development; etc.
MANAGER, ECONOMIC AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT (SEPT.2008 - APRIL 2010 ), RIVERS STATE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY ( R.S.S.D.A.):
Managed the SONGHAI RIVERS STATE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE PROJECT (A.K.A. SONGHAI RIVERS PROJECT) from conception to implementation. Packaging of 110 Youths drawn from all the LGAs OF Rivers State in training on Enterprise Development, Agric Skills Development; Fabrication; Fish, Snail, Pig, Crop, Poultry etc Farming; Pastries; etc at the Songhai International Centre- Porto-Novo. Supervision, monitoring and adding value to implementation processes in management, tracking, regularization, etc; enhancing the entrepreneural skills of youths, women and adults on environmentally -friendly process of Agriculture driven by the philosophy of zero-waste.
Initiated, packaged and drove various SMEs of the Agency, developed many businesses through a reality show known as ‘This is my Business’, franchise packaging and management, providing oversight functions in various business development opportunities in partnership with different partners (Fate Foundation, The Promise Restaurant Chain, Grassroot Development Network etc ); building partnerships with various development organs; provision of linkages for training opportunities in Enterprise Management, support and Institutional support to youths, women of Rivers State; Management, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation of various Infrastructure embarked upon by the Agency to ensure value for money, efficient time management, quality control and good resource mobilization and use.
SOCIAL PERFORMANCE ADVISER (NOVEMBER 2006 - JUNE 2008), Developed social performance indicators on Best Practice Performance on social and community development in Rivers State in cross sectoral deliverables; social evaluation parameters; linkages with NGOs, CBOs etc; Project Management and Institutional Support; etc.
