In addition to the administration and secretary duties, I managed all the Social Media accounts of the
company. My job was to prepare the schedule for 2 weeks in advance (Post, Caption, Hashtags etc.). Do
online advertising (Sponsored ads). Prepare marketing plan due to seasons. Arrange exhibitions and events
the company participated at. Supervise the company’s yearly ceremony.
Within this period of time, I used to work as a part-time. My duties were to register the families, manage the online registrations and enrollments, manage the communication between the company and the customer, answering the phone calls, handling all the company emails, responsible for specific teams (Their trips, needs, requirements, complains etc.), arrange meeting for the CEO (Either staff meetings or business meetings) and doing the daily closing.
My job at Aquatots mas mainly about customer service. The duties I held at Aquatots was to host the cutomer, give them a tour at the venue, promote the classes available, enroll them, answer the phone calls, do the daily closing, manage the coaches schedule and provide daily report with the sales.
The type of education that ACK provided was, vocational trainig. This system is beneficial as it helped me experience the real working environment before going into it. We used to conduct real market research and apply marketing plans for wide range of existing companies.
