• Own, map & understand Demand Planning process in different DCs, ensure Forecaster coverage enable proper forecast (Adaptation, Solutions and other IG customers).
• Ensure best DP practices (Lean agenda, mix checking, ...) are in place to achieve best level of forecast accuracy, service and inventory.
• Own Forecaster settings: define setting rules, implement directly most critical parameters, instruct & coach DPs in DCs.
• Own & build statistical forecast to support DP activity and handover to DP to support local collaboration.
• Ensure that the forecast is aligned with Finance forecast Yearly trend % after the next few months horizon discussed by the DPs during collaboration.
• Own forecast accuracy definition (on star items), target, tracking, root cause analysis & improvement actions plans.
• Develop skills of demand planners across Africa (define, assess, challenge, improve).

• Contribute in the project of TEST EXEMPTION with the customs & our supplier involved.
• Develop and enhance the lead time of our supplier.
• Ensuring that all the Freight & Clearance forwarders invoices match their predetermined
contracts, and send it to the Finance department.
• Follow-up our account at Customs Authority.
• Conducting monthly meeting with forwarders to measure quality of service.
• Trying to minimize cost to achieve the yearly target.
