Recruitment:
- Prepare the annual manpower plan with coordination with the Unit Managers
to estimate the hiring needs for each Unit
- Monitor the recruitment function in terms of advertising, screening and
interviewing processes to assure that the quality standards are being
maintained
- Conduct competency-based interviews, if needed, to assess candidates’
qualifications and competencies
- Submit Recruitment Process Review Report on a quarterly basis to illustrate
the implementation of the recruitment objectives
- Set an annual plan for creating and updating job descriptions and monitor the
progress of the process to ensure its timely completion
- Recommend developments to the recruitment tools in order to assure they
meet the quality standards
- Evaluate different employment fairs to select the most convenient ones and
attend them to ensure that the company is well presented
- Review the data inserted on the HR system to ensure that they are updated
and accurate
Personnel
- Manage the process of contracts creation and renewal to ensure the
completion and the accuracy of the process
- Manage the company relation with concerned governmental authorities
(Labor Office, Social Insurance Organization, etc.) to ensure compliance with
the law
- Handle resignations to clear the corporate responsibility
- Manage the process of establishing and maintaining the employees’ files and
documents as per the governing laws
- Implement and develop the organization’s benefits and service program
including health care, social insurance, transportation, and nurseries
- Participate in selecting the best medical offer and negotiates with the
concerned parties to improve the employees’ medical coverage
- Provide legal advice to employees concerning the Labor and Social Insurance
Laws to increase their awareness about their rights and obligations
- Manage the process of issuing the entrance permission cards for employees
to facilitate their entrance through the free zone gate
- Manage the process of issuing and renewing of work permits for foreigner
employees to ensure their eligibility to work for the corporation and ensure
compliance with the law
Payroll
- Update and maintain payroll records on the HR System on monthly basis to
guarantee an accurate and timely completion of the payroll cycle

- Manage the implementation of the Performance Appraisal Process and
submit analysis reports to illustrate its gaps and employees’ action plans
- Manage the implementation of the Probation Period Evaluation Process
- Prepare and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) plan and 360
degree survey for all employees as tools of performance evaluation
- Explain and provide advice to employees about organizational rules,
regulations, policies, and procedures, and need for compliance
- Investigate employees' performance problems and take the discipline
action needed in order to improve and maintain employees’ performance up
to standards
Performance Management:
- Develop, direct, and manage the implementation and effectiveness of the
Performance Management Process to ensure its succession
- Manage the implementation of the Performance Appraisal Process and
submit analysis reports to illustrate its gaps and employees’ action plans
- Manage the implementation of the Probation Period Evaluation Process

Employee Relations:
- Liaise between organization/management and employees to cover all
communications between them and to manage employees' accommodation
to management decisions
- Plan and implement Employees Satisfaction Survey and suggest
recommendations for improvement to maintain a high level of satisfaction in
the organization
- Plan and implement the entire phases of the grievance process and submit
regular reports regarding the process to ensure equity among the employees
- Explain and provide advice to employees about organizational rules,
regulations, policies, and procedures, and need for compliance
- Plan, implement and analyze Exit Interview process, and provide reports
for review and analysis
- Check employees inquiries on yammer on regular basis to ensure that they
were handled properly and in timely manner
Other Duties:
- Preparing Business Writing Training Material
- Delivering Business Writing Training Course
- Preparing Turnover analysis report
- Preparing Monthly headcount Report
- Assess in TNA through meetings, interviews with team leaders/managers
Recruitment:
- Implement the annual manpower plan to fill the company hiring needs
- Handle the recruitment process in terms of conducting initial CVs
screening, posting job advertisements and conducting Competency-Based
Interviews to assess/evaluate the candidates’ qualifications and
competencies
- Contact accepted candidates and extend job offers in order to notify them
with all the required documents and the offered package
- Create/update job descriptions, by conducting job analysis interviews with
representatives of each and every position
- Participate in the HR orientation sessions for the newly hired employees
Performance Management:
- Update, follow up and implement the Probation Period Evaluation Process
- Coordinate in developing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for both
levels, managerial and staff level
- Coordinate in conducting the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
Survey
- Coordinate the implementation of the annual Performance Appraisal on
both levels, managerial and employee level
- Develop and deliver training to supervisors, and employees, on
performance management program issue, and how to conduct various
appraisal phases and how to deal with inadequate performers
- Maintain and develop proper filing systems for employees’ performance
appraisal files
- Answering telephone; providing information; taking and relaying messages
and/or directing calls to appropriate personnel; returning calls as necessary
- Preparing and/or generating routine correspondence, letters, memoranda,
forms, reports and other documents
- Administering the references CVs, screening, and sorting
- Organizing the testing and interviewing process of applicants
- Correcting the English and Technical tests
- Maintaining and developing recruitment filing system
- Providing overall assistance and research support to the HR team
- Coordinating with the rest of HR team in issuing the monthly Flyer as a
tool for internal communication
- Maintaining and updating the applicants’ database on regular basis
- Answering internal inquiries regarding examinations, eligibility, benefits,
company policies, recent vacancies, internal transfers, and the qualifications
required, and other pertinent information
- Updating the employees’ attendance sheet on a regular basis
- Organizing and coordinating the company core competencies sessions
