I am Lead & Architect responsible for creating the new modules of the CRM and Loyalty Cloud application for retail systems and banking integrations, also responsible for managing web service team (creating web services related to the POS and integration with Mobility APP, Mobile APP, and Portrait Marketing System) and ADF team (creating cloud web application by ADF for customer service support called UICRM); I am responsible for business, documentation deliverable related to analysis, design, and integration, and coordination between team members and customer to fulfill business requirements.
I contribute with Helpdesk for resolving UAT and Live issues.
I share in the pre-sales activities for new customers
AOAS (Automation of Authenticated document System):
I am Team Lead & Project Co-ordinator for AOAS; I am responsible for business, documentation deliverables related to analysis, design, and migration from old application to new application, and coordination between team members and customer to full business requirements.
I was the Lead Software Engineer (& Business Owner of the this application) for a team of 5 developers, I am responsible for
A. Revise SRS of the application and fixing comments
B. Creating the Design Document of the system including:
1. ERD
2. Data Dictionary
3. Detailed System Architecture
4. Detailed Application Security Architecture
5. Functional Hierarchy
6. Process Flow Diagram (workflows built on BPMN)
7. Detailed User Interface Design
8. Business Intelligence Dashboard design.
9. Reports Design

FABS (Framework for Agile Business Solutions):
A major achievement was participating in this project which is a framework that gives the business owner the ability to generate an screens and reports without writing code and without tiring the developer with business issues.
This project was done using JEE technology (EJB, JSF (primefaces)), MySQL database, Birt & DynamicJasper for report generating, I was responsible of the report generator of the FABS, IDE (NetBeans), It is open source solution running now on GlassFish application server, OS: Ubuntu.
OTMS (Ofoq Talent Management System):
It is an HR solution built on FABS; it is working life on Amazon EC2, and Catalyst as cloud service providers.
I was responsible to build the HR solution reports templates using Dynamicjasper, Birt, primefaces, EJB.
National Project for Automating Corporeal Land Registry (نظام ميكنة السجل العيني الزراعي):
One of My major achievements was participating in a great project for the Egyptian government which is "National Project for Automating Corporeal Land Registry".
This project was done using JEE technology (struts framework, servlets), Oracle database, Oracle workflow, Ajax -JSON & JSON_ARRAY, also I have made the main functions, procedures, triggers needed for the business using PLSql software-, I created the user guide, I shared in testing several parts of the application, I share in building several reports using oracle report builder, IDE (eclipse, jdeveloper), I shared in designing the application.
Ministry of international cooperation Content Management System (نظام حفظ الملفات لوزارة التعاون الدولي):
I was responsible for developing an application for the ministry where we can scan agreements -as papers- using applet that can read installed scanners on the user PC, and convert it to PDF format -using iText jar- that will be saved into Oracle UCM, IDE (MyEclipse), I shared in designing the application.
Parliament Web Application (نظام ميكنة البرلمان الكويتي و العراقي):
Another major achievement is working in the team responsible for building the Parliament Web Application at Informatique Company using JEE Technology (Oracle Database), using (struts framework, J3wizard software, PLSql), in the database I have done the triggers, also I shared in testing the whole application and its business, IDE (JDeveloper).
FFD Web Application (نظام المموعين من التصرف):
Another achievement is working in the team responsible for building the FFD Web Application at Informatique Company using JEE Technology (Oracle Database), using (struts framework, J3wizard software, PLSql), IDE (JDeveloper).

I have also attended the MCIT scholarship graduation project with major rule, I was the team leader of my team, I shared by major part of the UML (I made the activity diagram, sequence diagram, usecase diagram), I participated by about 2/3 of project developing using JAVA technology, I have made the database ERD and developed it on MS sql server. I made the whole design of back-end in the project, The graduation project was about directory for small scaled industries in Egypt, On back-end includes adding, deleting, and updating Latest News, administrators, products depending on HS codes (Harmonized system), and organizations. On front-end includes easy navigation for searching for small industries in Governorates, by products or both, IDE (JCreator).
