Prepare the architectural design development dwg.
Prepare the Work schedule to meet the client deadlines.
Make sure that the resources are sufficient to finish the project on time.
Coordinate with multiple design disciplines and make sure that all submitted layouts are free of errors.
Ensure meeting the deadlines of the submissions of the projects within the defined budget.
Make sure that the progress and quality of work being performed by other disciplines/trades
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours and budgets
Attend meeting with project's stakeholders for further design coordination
Issue project Invoices and follow up.
Review the reports of the projects received from the project managers and make sure all the information is correct and
that the report is free of errors.
Keep others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Review the contractor invoices and make sure it is correct and as per his done works.
Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
Choosing and approving the Architectural materials to be used for the project
Review the architectural shop drawings done by contractor and advise before approval
Preparing contracts according to the agreement with the client (FIDIC, …. Etc)
Building good relationship with the customer
Preparing Technical and Financial proposals for Design, Supervision & Project Management
Client representative
Preparing RFP
Preparing VE Report
Review BOQ & Specifications in order to avoid any conflict or defects.
Preparing Projects Budgets and estimation
Follow up the projects progress and produce a weekly projects progress report (PPR)
Projects Planning to meet the budget and the time
Preparing & submitting Expression of Interest to potential clients
Review operators LOI
Contractors/sub consultants/ operators short listing and awarding
Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines
Supervise producing detailed drawings, BOQ and specifications.
Client and Operators meetings & negotiations
Ensure the deliverables are being completed within the base lined cost plan
Ensure the net project cash flow is being achieved as the defined expectations
Ensure that all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met
Managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits
Preparing claims to be submitted to clients accordingly
