- Manage, interact with and respond to social media audiences

- Generate individual employee report with assessment results and recommendations through TNA software to help managers to create department yearly training plan.
- Responsible for providing high quality Human Resources support to achieve business objectives and proactively resolve Human Resources issues.
- Build good working relationship with client groups and seeks to understand their business challenges.
- Advise clients on performance management process and contributes to establish a quality process.
- Support clients in using KPIs measures for best performance.
- Create job analysis and job descriptions for clients to identify the need for the job.
- Analyze Training Evaluation Data and convert it to Evaluation Result Report for development and best performance.
Scope of job as HR Specialist:
Payroll: Using HITS Payroll System
- Conduct, Reviews, analyzes and checks monthly payroll and make necessary adjustments or corrections, deductions or additions.
- Generate monthly reports to be sent to financial department.
- Follow up employee balance leaves.
- Calculate employee monthly overtime.
- Researches, analyzes and resolves payroll-related problems or questions.
Recruitment:
- Interview applicants for best hiring.
- Administrate pre-employment tests.
- Handle hiring and termination process.
Training:
- Prepare for conducting training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
I will start my MBA studies -English Section on 15 October 2016 at Arab Academy For Science, Technology & Maritime Transport.
I took the PHRi exam (Professional Human Resource International) on 29 September 2016 , and i was informed that I have PASSED the exam , and will receive the CERTIFICATE after 4 weeks PHRi is an HR certificate accedited by HRCI (Huma Resource Certification Institute) in USA https://www.hrci.org/
