1. Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products at customer sites.
2. Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc. to repair equipment.
3. Service, troubleshoot, and install fire alarm systems and special hazard fire protection systems utilizing gaseous agents.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
5. Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices such as smart phones and laptop computers.
7. Obtain customer signature upon completed service call assignment.
8. Available for on-call emergency service.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

 Supervising/Handling implementation of site.
 Lead installation team in the best practice to reach a shortest execution period.
 Scheduling and evaluating progress of installation vis-à-vis set schedule.
 Conveying design intentions both verbally and visually.
 Assessing integration and system requirements.
 Interpreting manufacturer’s specifications and systems design with functionality.
 Identifying appropriate technology.
 Writing a bill of materials.
 Applying electrical and safety illustration conventions.
 Referencing schematics to wiring schedules.
 Perform needs analysis by using a formal evaluation survey in order to explore creative solutions to client’s needs, establish budgets, set performance standards, and establish project parameters.
 Communicate the exact details of the project to all relevant parties by meaningful hardware specifications, schematics, and schedules in order to ensure a final installation that complies with the design.
 Determine minimum materials specifications, equipment specifications, and system features by applying accepted engineering practices in order create a written documentation set.
 Choose optimal materials, equipment, and feature sets based on an engineering review and validation of manufacturers' specifications in order to create a bill of materials, reassess room parameters, and finalize the system design.
 Validate system functionality by executing the operational checklist in order to ensure that all equipment is present and in working order.
 Verify system performance by validating the calibration against the specifications and remedy any discrepancies in order to ensure the installation complies with the design.

 Works as Technician/Foreman in Low Current Department; primarily for maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems (DEF, GE EST3, Simplex, Chub, Minerva Thorn) and Building Management Systems (BMS) which also includes CCTV, CATV, Call Servant System, and Access Control as per company policy and specific guidelines established in applicable quality and safety procedures.
 Installation or upgrading of existing systems or sub-systems and equipments at several functional locations to achieve company goals and efficiency.
 Schedules maintenance programs and processes for an assigned plant or facility to minimize impact on operations.
 Conducts inspection on carried out work orders as part of supervision. Leads and directs work orders relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and to accomplish goals.
 Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly progress reports with recommendations and other administrative duties.
 Commissioning of fire alarm and building management systems prior to project hand over to the maintenance.

Work Description

•Repair and maintenance of machines such as Copiers (Konica Minolta), Duplicators (RISO), and Printers (Epson and Brother Fax Machines). This includes traveling into different places where the machines are installed. Request parts if needed and performs Preventive Maintenance to ensure the quality of copying output and optimize the service life of the machine.
•Installation of copiers, printers and scanners. It may include network set up of the machine.
•Collection of payments for the rental and other billing of the clients’ copier.
•Sales consumables for the machines in field.
•Provides costumer service via phone in case of operator problems or in cases that the repair procedure can be performed by the client.
•Performs statistical process control to achieve company goals and for backtracking.
