• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and
preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when
necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the
appropriate department.
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most
sensitive matters.
• Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
• Calculate bonuses and allowances.
• Prepare employees’ compensation and end of service for the resigned employees.
• Enter new employees’ data into internal databases
Answer questions about compensation, benefits, allowances, etc..
• Strong math skills with an ability to spit numerical errors.
- Administer registration services in order to offer a high level care of the students.
- Implement university policies and procedures regarding student registration, records, class schedules, instructional space scheduling, academic advising, and graduation requirements.
- Provide information and guidance to all concerned on matters pertaining to University programs, courses, policies, procedures, curriculum and general university information.
- Prepare statistical reports on employee attendance, lecturer attendance, student attendance, class size etc. as required.
- Efficiently and effectively communicate and implement approved policies and procedures for registered students, upgrading and maintaining academic information infrastructure
- Responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering questions, providing customer information, handling transaction, and dealing with customer’s complaint.
- By daily basis doing the Work In Progress (WIP) report, which cars still in and which are not completed, and send it to the responsible person.
- Daily reports for the weekly meeting to improve the sales and to increase the number of loyal customers.
- Visual merchandisers develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote retail brands, products and services in-store, in catalogs or online.
- Analyzing inventory levels, researching sales trends and other data, selecting new lines of inventory for retailers to carry, displaying inventory and promoting it.
- Process savings withdrawals, Cash checks.
- Receive checking and savings deposits.
- Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
- Cross-sell bank products and services.
- Accept loan and VISA payments.
- Buy and sell currency.
