Responsible for working with Directors of Testing and Training and other FO staff to develop and manage a comprehensive sales campaign for English language educational exams, fee-based and contractual English language and professional training courses and other services plan in line with the AMIDEAST’s overall fee-for-service objectives as outlined by HQ.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The full set up and management of the Sales Department with team recruitment, training and processes development.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for AMIDEAST products and services in the testing, training and fees for services sectors.
• Effectively develop and manage the entire Egypt FO sales process lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, including utilizing the internet for data gathering.
• Proactively and aggressively, solicit new clients and customers for testing products and services in existing markets in Cairo while identifying promising new market opportunities.
• Generate business from identified markets/accounts.
• Communicate and provide the marketing department with the essential inputs that affect pricing and promotional strategy
• Continuously communicate the benefits of our services to the customer.
• Prospect new business through phone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer visits.
• Effectively utilize sales resources and administrative/support staff.
• Prepare Forecast, pipeline and sales reports.
• Create proposals.
• Interact with clients to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Achievable Clients such as: RadioShack, Mobile shop, Computer shop, Arab Bank Investment, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, ILO, The Ministry of Youth, Piraeus Bank, French University, TE Data, Ain Shams University, Egyptian National Agriculture Library, Telecom Egypt, PGS, Hindawi Group, ARAMEX and etc...
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend conferences and events for networking and business development.
- Organization development- Tiger Team, assigned in the Partnership team to develop and restructure Partnership department
- Join the Business Development team and responsible for revenues and sales palnning
Forecasting revenue and cash-in for Arkadia and Giza branches
Tailoring revenues according to targets that are set by upper management
Ultimately responsible for training new Sales staff (making Induction plans- setting expectations with highlighting the
importance of being client-oriented -performance reporting)

Updating Sales Cycle Reporting system (Customers Inquiries, Interviews, and Enrolments)
Assigning the Sales team with short-term targets and follow up on them.
Setting a healthy competitive environment to Sales team players so that they would achieve and even exceed their
targets.
Setting schedules for both Giza and Arkadia branches as well as assigning appropriate instructors for different levels.
Conducting interviews with prospects to inform them of various Berlitz courses.
Persuade customers to join the courses
Follow- up with the customers to enroll and re-enroll
Responsible for achieving center's sales targets.
Handling complaints that would occur from individual.
Determine the validity of a complaint; offering possible solutions, and providing customers with refunds, exchanges,
or other offers, like discounts.
Use the Language Center Management System (LCMS) for data entry
Receive clients’ inquiries Carry, following up on them to schedule interviews with the Sales Executive
Responsible for reporting Tele Sales various activities and unusual incidents to the Senior Sales on daily and weekly
basis
Mainly responsible for analyzing corporate criteria that would be interested in Soft Skill Trainings
Plan for events that are held in Dale Carnegie (conferences, workshops, and seminars)
Assist the Call Center Supervisor in leading the team and creating a challenging atmosphere so that every team player
would achieve their assigned targets
Conducting and updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting system
Handling clients’ requests and inquiries as a result of becoming solution- oriented
Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to be carried-out by the Call Center Team
Convincing corporate customers to join the project (Explaining thoroughly the project vision and mission, and

promoting its advantages).
Providing information in response to inquiries about services.
Handling and resolving complaints efficiently.
Analyzing the public opinion, resolving problems according to the guidelines established by the company.
Arranging match making events for the fresh graduates to find for them vacancies
Conducting reports, updating the contact management database and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
Marketing representative for BBSA program
Campaigning in different universities in Egypt
Responsible for presenting the program to fresh graduates.
Organizing the appointment for the applicants.
Presenting evidence and arguing in court to support the client as an advisor
Counsels clients concerning their legal rights
Researches the intent of laws and judicial decisions
Handled the new companies contracts and licenses
Assists client with litigation, wills, trusts, contract, mortgages and leases
