Responsible for working with Directors of Testing and Training and other FO staff to develop and manage a comprehensive sales campaign for English language educational exams, fee-based and contractual English language and professional training courses and other services plan in line with the AMIDEAST’s overall fee-for-service objectives as outlined by HQ.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The full set up and management of the Sales Department with team recruitment, training and processes development.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for AMIDEAST products and services in the testing, training and fees for services sectors.
• Effectively develop and manage the entire Egypt FO sales process lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, including utilizing the internet for data gathering.
• Proactively and aggressively, solicit new clients and customers for testing products and services in existing markets in Cairo while identifying promising new market opportunities.
• Generate business from identified markets/accounts.
• Communicate and provide the marketing department with the essential inputs that affect pricing and promotional strategy
• Continuously communicate the benefits of our services to the customer.
• Prospect new business through phone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer visits.
• Effectively utilize sales resources and administrative/support staff.
• Prepare Forecast, pipeline and sales reports.
• Create proposals.
• Interact with clients to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Achievable Clients such as: RadioShack, Mobile shop, Computer shop, Arab Bank Investment, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, ILO, The Ministry of Youth, Piraeus Bank, French University, TE Data, Ain Shams University, Egyptian National Agriculture Library, Telecom Egypt, PGS, Hindawi Group, ARAMEX and etc...

- Attend conferences and events for networking and business development.
- Organization development- Tiger Team, assigned in the Partnership team to develop and restructure Partnership department
