Do project planning and management, resourcing for current as well as tendered construction jobs within the company, making use of Primavera or MS Projects. Attend tender briefings at various sites and prepare tenders for the construction division. Assist Contract managers to establish their teams at new sites. Financial control of projects.

I was the Construction Manager (Assistant PM) on the 800km rail section of the Mineral Line which is over U$ 1 billion
I was employed by Laing O Rourke (Barclay Mowlem) and was in charge of 6 direct reports and also 250 indirect staff, consisting of 15 different nationalities.
