Principal project focal point, leading oversight of Oil & Gas 4PL warehouse operations with 100, 000+ SKUs across 39 storage locations, covering 322, 000+ SQM in a single site.

- Supervised / Overlooked business setup in Oman, Algeria & Pakistan.
- Supervised closure of Kish Island base and shifted 300 Ton of equipment back to Abu Dhabi base.

• Updated RM., WIP and FG inventory in the company specific oracle software.
• Prepared Export documentation (to include application for COO, attestations).
• Coordinated export / import movements for the company’s operations / requirements (direct suppliers, customers and agents).
• Prepared export shipping documents (CI, PL), arranged for all the other related documents (COO / attestation and legalization of documents).
• HFZA documentation and documents control.
• Customs clearances through Hamriya Free Zone.
• Prepared PR’s for export / import movements.
• Coordinated with transporters and logistics providers.
• Analyzed monthly expenses involved for all shipments and reported the same to the top management and taking control measures wherever necessary.
• Followed up on shipments and obtained the PODs from clients (wherever required).
