Sales for Auto Finance Department. Directly reporting to Sales Manager.
Predominantly responsible to promote the product within the assigned channel partners.
Follow the lending guide lines laid by the Shari'a Government.
Monitor timely disbursal of files.
Administer Initial Credit Check on the customer profile.
Assigned for opening new accounts for both corporate and retail segment and bringing in deposits.
o To build and maintain good relationship with major auto dealers in UAE to promote financing facility for commercials & Individuals.
o Sourcing business from Rent A Car /Passenger Transport Companies in UAE.
o To assure that the target is achieved on monthly basis.
o Ensure excellent customer service and after sales service.
Responsible for Corporate Sales & Marketing.
Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue for Multicurrency Funds Transfers / Forex.
Meeting new clients, inducting them into the branch operations and transition the account to operations.
Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.
Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets, consistency and penetration.
Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with the approved contact plans.
Update & maintain all Sales MIS.
Have complete knowledge of the customer base and update competitor’s activities.
Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/ reduction of customer complaints.
Ensure KYC updates, proper documentation, Contact Management Plan update.
Reported to Business Development Manager and worked closely with Branch Manager for maximum output.
Ensure full awareness of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, mis-selling, etc. and comply with the same.
Handled promotions and sponsorships for the company and was instrumental in designing new marketing tools.
Making appointments with the clients and meeting them and persuade them in taking credit cards from our bank.
Providing information to the customers regarding the product, services offered by the bank and giving brochures to the employees of the company.
Subsequent follow up with the credit card department to ensure that the card is approved and granted to the customers within the given time.
After sales activities involved contacting the existing customers to ensure that they were satisfied with the services of the bank.
Prepare invoice and produce to clients when needed.
Review orders with discrepancies, then correct and release them, including holds.
Check reports daily to assure that orders are flowing without holds through enterprise.
Submit weekly reports, time sheets and any other documents requested.
