Being the First person to contact for any enquiry of the Employees
Response to all request via Phone calls & Email.
QID, Health Card (new application & renewal) & follow up until receive it.
Grievances handling, issue a warning letter, Termination of employment
Coordinate with Facility Management .Dep & Travel agency regarding Flight & Hotel booking, Quarantine room and other needful assistance.
Handling CV screening Recruitment process and arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Assist with Accounts .Dep to process invoices, make payments, cash voucher, LPO and WPS process.
Updating internal and External- Hard & Soft database and Follow up
with respective agents for records up to date.
Prepare Salary Increment proposal & request letters of Employees.
End of service Gratuity settlements, Effective leave managment & leave settlement process & travel clearance.
Carefully review the timesheet from different sites, OT, Deduction & complete the Payroll & WPS process.
Submit monthly Salary reports to management review.
Perform other duties as assigned by the managment.
Build long - lasting customer relationship
Complete & Submit all reports with supporting documents as timely manner
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Engaging with recruitment process .
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Arrange counseling session for person with problem.
Maintain the case records of the Clients confidentially
Propose the need of Training and Development
Research and Analyze

Achievements :
Successfully done a Community development project in Educational Development
Data collection with depth Observation in the School.
Build a rapport with the Students and their parents to identify the students, who are in
need of Counseling intervention
Identify the problems of the Students with in-depth observation and guide them to
overcome from the problems.
Doing the counseling session for all students twice a week.
Maintain case work files as Confidential.
Arrange the Session schedule to talk with the client and needy people.
Arrange a parents meeting to explain and discuss about the progresses of slow- learners
in the School.
Maintain the values and Ethics of Counseling as a Professional manner.
