Work as Procurement Engineer preparing the Pre-qualification submittals (PQS) for submission to Main contractor Thabat Contracting. Preparing Material Submittals and samples of Landscaping materials for onward submission and approval of consultant. Preparation of WIRs and MIRs for submission to Thabat and following-up with their Document Controllers for outcome. Supporting the Project and Site Manager in Administrative functions like daily attendance sheets of all worksite workers. Preparing & maintaining records of all materials delivered to the work site. Function as Documents Controller by keeping all the important documents of the projects both digital and hard copies for Banan Villa Project.

● Responsible for preparing & submitting quotations and processing client orders (P.O.) by local and outside KSA material sourcing with procurement job. Technical submittals of documents and approvals. Preparing Delivery Notes & coordinating with our warehouse team for smooth deliveries of the suppliers & client's orders.
● Estimating RFQs and preparing quotations for requirements of customers for both commercial & industrial applications. Assisting the Business & Dev't Manager in sales/marketing and technical operations.
● Sales, Promotions, and marketing of various product lines related to Trucking & Shipping industry like Adblue from BASF Germany and local Saudi brand Ozoneblue as well.

Responsible for preparing quotations and processing client orders by local and outside KSA sourcing.
Estimating electrical requirements for contractors and handling receiving group quotes for projects. Responsible for the estimation of electrical transmission and distribution requirements for Saudi Electricity Co (SEC) and Contractor’s projects.
Assist the Sales & Project manager in sales/marketing and technical operations.
Sales, Promotions, and marketing of various electrical product lines of the company such as Low Voltage Products like circuit breakers, fuses, panel boards, cable and cable accessories, Professional tools; Medium/Low Voltage Products like cable terminations/joints and Test Equipments (Megger, Fluke, CATU, etc), Lighting products & other transmission & distribution products represented by the company. Electronics like CCTV, Security Cameras, PLC, etc.

Responsible for preparing quotations and processing client orders by outside KSA sourcing or by stock system.
Estimating electrical requirements for contractors and handling receiving group quotes for projects. Transferred to Riyadh branch in 1999, responsible for the estimation of electrical transmission and distribution requirements for Saudi Electricity Co (SEC) and Contractor’s projects via Bidding thru the portal.
Assist the branch manager and outside sales team in sales/marketing and technical operations.
Preparing and submitting Sales reports & forecasts in Word & Excel format weekly & monthly basis.
