Self-employed Real Estate Broker - marketing & selling high-end residential property around the Queenstown Lakes region. This is my third year in the business and in that time I have closed several million dollars’ worth of transactions for local & international vendors. Prior to becoming licensed, I worked as the agency’s Office Manager for 12 months, which involved: administrating sales contracts, arranging agent advertising with various external marketing platforms, as well as management of a growing number of rental properties.
Responsible for managing the Queenstown Airport operation. Employing, training and on-going
support and monitoring of all staff, accounts, auditing workplace health and safety, location cost control,
fleet management, reservations management, organising fleet servicing and repairs, rostering staff,
daily banking reconciliation, branch reporting and administration, dealing with all customer disputes
and insurance claims.
Management of the busy Auckland City branch each weekend and during the week:
train/develop frontline customer service staff, client services and sales, vehicle familiarisation -
explaining to customers the components of their rental truck, nationwide fleet management via online
reservation system (Rental Car Manager AUS), handle all customer disputes, process the paperwork
associated with the selling of ex-rental vehicles during low season, liaise with various booking agents to
promote our product and special offers, phone/email enquiries and administration.
