CEO Escalasur my job was to run and expand a small call center from 16 people to 150 people with in a 1-year time frame. During this period I Negotiated contracts with Wanadoo ES then successfully Escalasur counted for 5% of sales for the largest Spanish Internet provide. I played an active role in training managing the sales floor, implementing new team building exercises and had to quickly get to grips with the Argentinean Business law. This company was very successful and was an enjoyable experience. During my time in Argentina I created a travel site that rented apartments directly to tourists that is currently today one of Argentineans strongest tourist brands. I also open a Bar and club again today this is one of Argentina's Luxury Brands. This was a great period for me and I learn so many new skills including a language and employed over 250 people, but I had been there for nearly 4 years and wanted to return home to England which meant the only way forward for me was to sell my business interests. As I played such an active role in the running of them that it would have been impossible for me to run them from the UK.

Set up from start an IT recruitment agency dealing with all markets within the IT sector. After 4 months of trading made the decision to open a Contracts division and personally did that along with 1 other person. Within the first 18 months the company had grown to turning over 3.8million pounds sterling and had 65 consultants. Throughout this period I could feel the problems that were occurring with the Dotcoms and decide to open PSR Recruitment Ltd which is an agency that recruited across different sectors including Sales, estate Agency and Management, after successfully pushing that company into profit and establishing it as a standalone company I made the decision that I would like to take some time off and Sold all my interests in recruitment. PSR recruitment still trades today and is now very established in the IT field and number of other markets
