•Using and implementing my in-depth knowledge and awareness of air import and export legislation and practise to assist in overseas and domestic customs clearance; including processing shipping invoices, COO's, ATR's, C3 Forms, SAD's, Temporary import registrations and use of EUR1 details.
•Providing proactive customer services, ensuring the needs of customers and stakeholders are met by monitoring and allocating shipments within strict time limits, combined with provision of detailed status reports. Reports being sent at a 90% time achieved target rate MTD.
•Considering effective reactive customer service, and logistic planning, in the form of contingency plans and discussing these with clients to guarantee solutions are considered before problems arise.
•Reporting in to management regarding the status and productivity of the network for each key account customer. Advising on up to date TTA targets (90 % of files achieved and closed in 3 days) and meeting network response rates within 2 hours.; thus improving network productivity.
•Mentoring new members of staff in their initiation onto the team, training them in key aspects of the job role; whilst also monitoring their KPI's and successful achievement of individual targets.
