Performed a key role in the on-going development of the Human Resource function at the Hospital.
Participated in and conducted negotiations with staff and staff representative groups in relation to all Human Resource matters, including invoking the Disciplinary Procedure with staff.

Provided training and support to Managers, Staff & Unions on the interpretation and implementation of Hospital Policies.
Created Hospital Progress reports to be issued to the Health Service Executive (the governing body).
