Responsibilities: (As Executive Assistant)
Rendering business support and executive assistance to the Branch Manager and Managing Director, serving as the key point of contact for branch operations, administrative functions and coordination of branch logistics.
Overseeing a variety of administration functions, inventory and purchase management, business correspondence, meeting management, office and facility management, insurance and benefits administration for office and employees.
Proactively managing the entire gamut of HR operations from recruitment & retention, talent management, compensation & benefits to performance management administration and training administration.
Working closely with finance department on daily basis on petty cash management, daily supplies approvals and IOU clearance in addition to credit reconciliation management, records management and coding of transactions.
Handling all administrative functions from diary management and travel arrangements to collating confidential documents and internal and external documentation.
Responsibilities: (As Sales Coordinator)
Planned and coordinated all elements from concept to fruition of all client events in line with branch and department priorities, driving client satisfaction initiatives encompassing client survey introduction, implementation and user training.
Handling the prospecting and lead generation function across the organization, researching organizations and individuals online to identify potential business opportunities and new markets, contacting potential clients to establish rapport and setting up meetings.
Working on strategies enabling increase of market share and share of customer wallet across target segments, analyzed market and competitor dynamics and ensured all plans initiated were in line with the organization’s strategic goals.
Keeping abreast of the latest changes in technology, product and marketing trends, customer’s tastes and preferences and implemented marketing strategies for the growth of the organization.
Managing and ensuring information flow among Sales Manager and handle general account administration.
Ensuring accurate handling of organizational sales activities, project pipelines and sales analysis including project monitoring and controlling.
