Headed a cross-functional team of 30 spread across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and UAE, ranging from entry-level to branch managers, and closely collaborated with data analysis, training, and marketing teams in other regions and in head office in Sydney. Awarded Top One out of 150 Servcorp managers across the globe and among the Top five more than once.

• Property Development & Facility Management
- Headed the evaluation and selection process of new five stars locations like King’s Road Tower and Khobar Gate Tower by developing a comparison model, liaising with senior stakeholders and candidate vendors, and running a proof-of-concept.
- Reviewed the daily needs of every location including connectivity, vendors relationship, cyber security and procurement achieving efficient performance and substantial reduction in cost.
- Arranged adequate workplace solutions for large corporations like PIF, Swissport, Aecom, Aramco, Dell-Emc, L’oreal, Accenture and P&G specifically in luxurious locations like Faisaliah Tower and Jameel Square.
- Applied a pre-launch waiting list for Al Murjana Tower, leveraging a referral program; resulted in securing a preopening occupancy of 60%.
- Created a post-opening reporting template including but not limited to legal, safety and compliance assignments assuring the operation is running risk-free and compliant with the complicated local regulations.

• Marketing & Business Development
- Formed and implemented a local marketing strategy of SAR 300K monthly budget; utilizing social media, radio, print ads, SEO, PPC and display campaigns; to grow awareness and generate more leads, yielding 20% YOY ROI improvements.
- Conducted price reviews and competitor benchmarking analysis by integrating consumer insights and personal market knowledge; recommended strategic changes in portfolio and marketing plan to C-suite executives.
- Developed successful partnership with governmental entities like Saudi Bar Association, The Freelance Program, Badir and Monshaa’t. Tailored new workspace membership tiers for members based on specified requirements, contributing to an average of 12% yearly increase in new customers.
- Executed and advertised quarterly networking events with 100+ participants in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, in addition to design thinking workshops and business shorts with the presence of experts.

• Sales & Operations Management
