• Property Development & Facility Management
- Headed the evaluation and selection process of new five stars locations like King’s Road Tower and Khobar Gate Tower by developing a comparison model, liaising with senior stakeholders and candidate vendors, and running a proof-of-concept.
- Reviewed the daily needs of every location including connectivity, vendors relationship, cyber security and procurement achieving efficient performance and substantial reduction in cost.
- Arranged adequate workplace solutions for large corporations like PIF, Swissport, Aecom, Aramco, Dell-Emc, L’oreal, Accenture and P&G specifically in luxurious locations like Faisaliah Tower and Jameel Square.

- Conducted price reviews and competitor benchmarking analysis by integrating consumer insights and personal market knowledge; recommended strategic changes in portfolio and marketing plan to C-suite executives.
- Developed successful partnership with governmental entities like Saudi Bar Association, The Freelance Program, Badir and Monshaa’t. Tailored new workspace membership tiers for members based on specified requirements, contributing to an average of 12% yearly increase in new customers.
