As a Delivery Lead and Solution Architect at Accenture, my responsibilities included:

 Leading Health and Public Services (H&PS) practice initiatives including development of Salesforce accelerators as a part of Accenture’s value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
 Managing RFP responses, client orals and business & technology capability demonstrations to support business activities.
 Managing multiple client accounts to manage strategy, planning (timelines, budget, demand), solution architecture governance, end-to-end delivery, release, and ongoing support services.

 Delivered of Salesforce implementation projects including discovery, architecture and build, resource planning, scope and budgeting, customer relationship management, project go live and planning for future phases.
 Managed RFP responses and pre-sales activities for potential technology programs, primarily helping with the solution architecture, pricing and financials, resource planning, client orals and workshops.
 Reported directly to Directors and Partners for picture perfect visibility of the program and potential opportunities.
 Actively contributing towards firm wide leadership goals, responsibilities and frameworks in both consulting and advisory practices.
 Leading trainings and certification programs for PwC technology consulting practice.
 Ambassador of diversity and inclusion in firm wide D&I campaigns.
 Helping PwC teams globally (NZ, UK, US, Canada) in vendor analysis, capability and industry specific solutions.

 Led small to medium sized teams including both on shore and offshore teams.
 Led delivery of Salesforce implementation projects including discovery workshops, platform configurations and architecture, deployments, go live, change management and CR management.
 Delivered the first CPQ implementation in Australia for Australia Post (ready to trade) project.
 Worked directly with Apttus Team to deliver the CPQ (configure, price, quote) and CLM (contract life cycle management) modules with around major integrations including SAP, Ariba, and Tibco as the ETL tool. Also, design and developed the Guided Selling module for the sellers in Australia Post.
 Contributed in the world class facilitation workshops conducted at Bluewolf.
 Led the consultant community calls and brown bag sessions.
 Successfully completed Steal Brick CPQ training and certification to deliver high quality CPQ projects in ANZ region.

 Successfully completed two major Salesforce implementations for Origin Energy, SME and residential business divisions.
 Introduced new documentation standards and frameworks and produced high quality functional
and technical documentation that have been well received by clients.
 Maintained valued relationship with stakeholders at Origin Energy.
 Successfully completed Apttus CPQ training to provide the concept of bundled products and quote to contract for the SME division, Origin Energy.

 Served as a primary consultant on Salesforce implementations.
 Led, designed, configured and successfully rolled out multiple Salesforce enterprise level implementations.
 Travelled within Asia and Australia to conduct requirements workshops and conduct end user
trainings
