Production Manager
•Understanding clients’ requirements and expectations to suggest feasible and cost effective advertising solutions; print, online and TV

Production Manager
•Preparing and managing the production budget to ensure all productions fall in the allocated budgets
•Preparing a production schedule with key milestones
•Maintaining the talent database (actors, models, directors, producers, sound & video editors and equipments rental companies)
•Creating shoot schedules, call sheets and daily progress reports
•Liaising between the scriptwriters and directors/producers to ensure quality and manage expectations
•Acquiring filming permission permits from the relative governmental bodies
•Hiring & supervising production assistants & coordinators for the delegation of tasks involving research, script notes, travel itineraries and schedules.

Events Coordinator
•Conducting research to identify new event opportunities for the organization
•Working closely with internal & external event planning committees and clients to define event goal, objectives & specific implementation plans
•Preparing event budgets, staff schedules & task assignments
•Pre event & on site communication with delegates & key stakeholders
•Negotiating contracts with outside vendors & subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service
•Source venues, catering, supporting technology and coordinate development of materials necessary for the event
•Managing suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure a smooth running event
•Overseeing dismantling and removal of the event to clearing the venue efficiently

Nadia Khan Show had the highest rating in Pakistan and was recognized as the best Asian show at the Ahlan Masala awards in UAE for 2008 & 2009. Airing daily, live from Dubai the show featured interviews with Pakistani & international celebrities, artistes, athletes, world-renowned doctors and politicians; covering segments on lifestyle, political & environmental issues, film and entertainment.

Production Assistant & Guests Coordinator
•Preparing and distributing filming schedules & call sheets

•Assist and support the entire RAKselect team (3 Unit Heads, 13 RMs and 19 DSA’s) across RAKselect (priority banking) and RAknri businesses.
•Develop and manage the analytics / MIS function with respect to tracking & monitoring sales productivity. This included weekly & monthly sales MIS and MTD & YTD performance.
•Provide information and support for data related to management / executive presentations.
•Manage the incentive calculation and payout process for RAKselect, based on the sales performance parameters / targets
•Provide quick resolution / update / feedback RAKselect RMs on customer related & internal issues.
