●Project Manager of UMNIAH phase 10 Network expansion of 180 Node B and 60 new sites
●Project Manager of UMNIAH phase 9 Network expansion of 420 Node B and 100 new sites
●Managing the projects of GSM, WIMAX new and Swap Networks in addition to the 3 G Network implementation.
●Managing the implementation of the green energy projects.
●Managing Telecom implementation team to follow up all needed tasks with the vendors and contractors to accomplish the project
●Preparing the Quality Plan and Quality monitoring process.
●Preparing the risk plan and analyzing the project risk.
●Preparing the requirements of new phase like data and resources.
●Project time planning and executing time frame.
●Follow up the contractors installing new sites and give the technical support..
●coordinate with other division till the site on air.
● Follow up acceptance procedure and project closure.
