Act as the focal point for output and outcome level data compilation and reporting
•Undertake analysis to feed into donor and outcome reporting, review meetings as well as provide feedback regarding context changes that raise new data trends and needs assessments.
•Work closely with M&E coordinators and officer to enhance data collection exercises, systems and database to make data informative, relevant and coherent at both CC and country office level
•Work with other MEAL colleagues to provide input on data collection exercise including OME and other regular assessments
•Conduct regular data cleaning and quality controls to ensure high quality data collection for various data collection activities
•Analyze relevant CC (s) output and outcome data and support the relevant CC(s) Project Managers, Specialist and M&E team with preparation of reports and maintenance of dashboards.
•Support CC(s) Specialists, Project Manager(s) and field staff with internal and external data reporting needs including donor data reporting at national level on outputs and outcomes and on online donor reporting systems as needed.
•Enhance reporting to ensure more accurate unique, direct, and indirect beneficiary counts
•Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with relevant program teams by actively participating in program periodical meetings and discussions.
•Create reports to highlight program trends over time as well reflect together with the relevant program on such trends and emerging issues.
•Contribute to quarterly meetings with programme teams to review programme data and analysis and discuss field level data related activities conducted in the quarter.
•Respond to ad hoc data requests from Project Manager and Specialist.
•Familiarity with data cleaning, merging, and transformation techniques in Stata.
•Undertake any other relevant activities as agreed and discussed with the management.

•Referral focal point for Urban Shelter project.
•Develops with the assigned team, monthly and weekly activity plans.
•Prepares and files accurate records of project activities and ensures all information is accurate and available in time.
•Identifies gaps, problems in the implementation area of own activities.
•Supervise Technical Assistants & Volunteers.
•Execute Field Assessments and quality control of cases.

•Explain project aims and objectives to beneficiaries through daily contact.
•Maintain community and beneficiaries program files and database to a high standard.
•Communicate and coordinate with local NGO partners and other stakeholders at the community Level.
•Assist in the design, maintenance and use data collection system and reporting to enable Measurable result to demonstrate the achievement of project objectives.
•Collect and report information regarding the situation of displaced refugee families living in host communities with specific attention to the targeted project location and beneficiaries.
