Management - Project manager engineer:
o Lead a team of (4) to (8) engineers starting from the pre-contract phase of a project throughout the finish phase
o Evaluation, development, and implementation of projects
o Monitor performance, progress, and efficiency throughout projects
o Work and coordinate with various departments to ensure productive synergy and resolve any obstacles that may arise
o Participate in the selection and hiring process of new employees within the final interview
Systems Engineer - Design, program, configure, test, service systems, and technical support:
o Network design, development, and optimization with internet and VPN safeguarding (Commercial and residential)
o Solar power management and monitoring with remotely controllable breakers to optimize efficiency and longevity of the battery banks
o Programming and configuration of Savant, Crestron, Lutron, Vantage, Control 4, and AMX control systems in addition to others
o Provide technical support and system troubleshooting to clients and in-house engineers
o Testing new product features and enhancements based on an understanding of functional and design requirements
o Regression testing of final project design to safeguard against breaking existing features
o Troubleshoot firmware bugs and working with application engineers from various companies to resolve the malfunction
o Construct BacNet mappings for the development of control systems
o Electrical and lighting design in collaboration with architects
o Design, develop and program GUI (Graphic User Interfaces) on iPhones, iPads, Android, and proprietary user interfaces
o Program, configure, and integrate AI systems such as Alexa, Josh AI, and Google AI with other control systems
o Design, configure, integrate, and program high-end Security systems, surveillance, HVAC, radiant heating, pool and spa, window
coverings, and others
o Design and specify custom site wide Audio/Video distribution systems in addition to designing and configuring home theaters including
structural sound management
o Specify, configure, and program Panasonic phone systems with a centralized hub and interconnect systems within multiple sites
Documentation - Generate and verify Pre- and Post-Sale documentation including but not limited to:
o Project information summary and scope
o Project contract and budget
o Floor Plan equipment design layout with D-Tools, CAD, and Microsoft Visio
o Change Orders via D-Tools and SimplyReliable
o D-Tools Buildable file updates for Preliminary and Rough-in documentation, Post Pre-Wire, and Final phase updates
o Buildable documents verification
o Verification of all project documentation continuity
o Software requirements specifications
o Reference documentation and logs
o System manuals and guides
Marketing - Generate marketing tools including but not limited to:
o Meet with clients and individuals from various sectors to elucidate our process of implementation and services
o Evaluate the client’s technical needs and requirements and provide quotes and customized solutions
o Create visual presentations and documents to represent the services and excellent standards we offer
o Design and develop customized system manuals
o Design and create various company templates
