• Implements IMS QHSE procedures, Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSEMS) requirements, project HSE plans, Risk Assessments in entire project.
• Prepares Project HSE Plans, Environment Plans, Waste management Plans, Emergency Response Plans, and Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments etc. and effectively communicating with concerned employees and implementing the same in entire project.

• HS&E Induction Training Program/PTW Trainings/Safe Cutting & Grinding/Safe Use of Power tools/Safe Rigging Practice With Equipment’s /Working at height /Hot work Training /Emergency Evacuation Training/Near miss/Incident reporting System/Fire Control & Fire Fighting techniques’, confined space entry, pressure tests, Plant & tools safe Operation, Heat Stress, Etc
• Assess the adequacy of PTW and Ensure PTW Comply with work site, Monitor the implementation of permit to work system.
• Monitoring all activities to prevent and prohibit dangerous work practices through immediate reporting and corrective action.
• Advice on HSE issues to employees to operate the HSE Management system within the area of jurisdiction.
• Recommends &Issues warning citations to those not complying with HSE policies and regulations and impose penalty/fines to those doing unnecessary/unsafe act redundantly which creates potential to near miss conditions.
I have progressive experience (6+Years)in Supervision in various Petrochemical production and construction projects and Ground Engineering in India as well as Abroad with major Oil Companies (Clients) like, AL HOSN, TAKREER, VOPAK as Safety Inspector, Safety Officerand presently HSE Supervisor for Onshore major Sulphur plant erection projects in SHAH, Abu Dhabi. I possesses strong experience as a HS&E Officer on Oil & Gas Industries, like plant structure and equipment construction/erection, Drainage pipeline construction in live Refinery, Erection and Cleaning of Storage Tank, sub-station (civil, mechanical, electrical & Instrumentation) construction, Craneoperations for Heavy Infrastructure, Heavy Equipment assembling, Installation of Stone column with Vibro unit &Vibro Cat units and Concrete Piling works in different projects (construction, Oil&Gas, Offshore etc.)in and around Abu Dhabi.
