• Providing Business Intelligence ‘Optimization’ Solutions to the Health Intelligence team.

staffed and budgeted beds.
• Planning and strategizing, Unit based Leadership model, to achieve efficient patient journey and
continuous monitoring of KPI’s, to initiate improvement process.
• Capture trends of Key Healthcare Indicators - No-show %, Appointment Seen. Etc. and engage into
studies to improve future statistics.
• Perform Predictive Modelling to access probability of patients to have a No-show in next appointment.
• Benchmark Patient length of stay with international standards.
• As a member of ‘Data Governance’ Committee, leading on strategizing KPI’s for the Board Report.
• Implement process improvements driven thought a study of inferential statistics. Eg: Reducing hospital
waitlist via overbooking technique.
• Address Ad-hoc data request, while pulling data via Business Object tool.
• Present Hospital-wide data over varied KPI’s and its quantitative analysis to the CEO on monthly basis.

• Perform a deep dive analysis over expected default risk, for a given country level loan data through time
series modeling.

projections (GCLR/NPLR) for CCAR purposes.
