Maintenance Project: Ooredoo data centers & Exchanges Facility Maintenance.
 Responsible for Electrical and ELV systems maintenance of 3 data centers and 23
exchanges located in different places in Qatar.
 Assign E&I team day today activity and coordinate with Mechanical engineer & Civil
supervisor for daily PM and CM activities in day today bases.
 Coordinate with Ooredoo engineers for tickets closing reports and prepare RCA reports
for the major Incidents
 Coordinate with Ooredoo engineers for PM permit preparation and report verification in
day today bases.
 Identify the corrective maintenance tickets priority and mobilize the required maintenance
team for the activity follow up the completion and reporting in timely manner.
 Coordinate with maintenance team to discuss about the PM recommendation and weekly
PM & CM progress review.
 Arrange weekly maintenance meeting with Ooredoo engineers to discuss the weekly
progress and next week PM plans and PM recommendations.
Projects: OOREDO NEW DATA CENTER AT MESAIMEER COMPLEX (ONYX Building
Data Center)
MSFT DATA CENTER (ONYX Building)
Ooredoo DC Qatar is constructing Data Centre Building to house and support Data,
Telecommunications and Computing services and facilities at MESAIMEER, DOHA, QATAR. The
project is referred as DOH20.
each phase of Data Centre is built with cumulative IT load of 3.7 MW on each floor. The Project
compromises of total 4 nos. of Data Halls on each floor. In addition, first floor including IDF racks
and ANR room.
Project scope
This project is divided in two phases DOH20 and GEN1426, first phase of Data Centre includes
with cumulative IT load of 3.7 MW on first floor. This total capacity is design with 100% redundancy
which include 11 No of 1.6 MW Transformers, 4 No 1750 Tr capacity chillers for Data hall and 2
No 1050 TR capacity chillers for utility purpose. CRAH units are used for the data hall and AHU,
FCU and FAHU are used for utility area cooling.
 Primary responsibility is the execution of the Commissioning Process for Level 1, 2 and 3
up to Green Tag during construction. Once the GC achieves Green Tag, the MSFT CxA
shall start the Acceptance Phase of the project and complete Level 4 and Level 5
 Inspect and evaluate each level of installation progress and confirm its progress as per
the technical specification along with consultants.
 Coordinate with CxA team during the design and installation phase
 Plan and execution of the different level of testing and commissioning of the all equipment
based on MSFT approved Cx Process.
 Coordinate with different OEM and testing team to conduct the testing and commissioning
activity.
 Attend daily meeting with MSFT team for the planning and provide progress reports.
 Coordinate with MSFT CxA team during the different levels of commissioning and
acceptance phase.
 Mobilize testing team and instruments based on the MSFT requirement during L4 and L5.

AL Shaheen field
It is the Qatar’s largest oil field and one of the most complex oil fields in the world, the field was

Project scope
This project is the performance of the Maintenance & Inspection. The aim of this project is to
review/amend, optimize and/or create the Maintenance & Inspection Plan, to perform the Safety
Environment Critical Elements (SECE) study, to set-up in the CMIMS the Spare Parts & Specific
Tools to support Operations, Maintenance and Inspection etc
 Prepare Herachy break down & functional analysis (TOPO) using technical documents
like P&ID’s, SLD’s, PFD’s, UFD’s, ESD’s, LAY’s, BLD etc.
 Participate in Criticality study, Risk Based Maintenance (RBM), Riske base Inspection
(RBI) for different process functions and its related equipments.
 Clear the existing Spare parts and specific tools polluting the database, Identify the
details of spares where-in stock code is not available through drawings and datasheets,
Communicate with OEM/Vendors to identify missing details.
 Amend the existing spare part lists, Build-up new spare parts lists (BOM), Allocate the
coding technical attributes to every spare part.
 Performed inspection activities like piping length collection and shorting of several ISO for
the same line following the flow direction of the fluid, ISO and P&ID mark up for NO-SMP,
SMP, Deadleags and TMLs as part of RBI

Project Description:
The world’s biggest Integrated District Cooling Plant (IDCP) will have ultimate capacity of
130, 000 tons with initial installed capacity of 115, 000 tons. 170MW station (120MW for
Operation) 43 Transformers 66KV / 3.3KV, 43MCC/MDB’S 11KV / 415V-130, High
Voltage motors of 3.3KV.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with M/s Kahramaa engineers during the energization of 11kV switchgears of
the District cooling plant, panel fitting inspection and wiring inspections.
* Responsible for testing and commissioning and Maintenance of 11kV switchgear, 3.3kV
switchgears, 3.3kV soft starters, Transformers, VFD’s, MV-MCC panels and various
electrical systems and present to the project management consultants.
* Responsible for the commissioning of soft starters of Chiller’s, Chilled water pumps,
Condenser water pumps, and VFD in coordination with vendors ( York, Flowserve and
Baltimore),
* Responsible for testing and commissioning of various electrical package systems such as
Centrifugal filter separator systems (100Hp), Makeup water pumps, Blow down pumps,
Submersible pumps and etc.
* Responsible for testing and commissioning of HVAC systems such as AHU’s, FAF,
Exhaust fans, FCU’s, Standby Dx unit and etc,
* Programming of the soft starter multifunction meters of Chiller’s, Chilled water pumps,
Condenser water pumps, cooling tower VFD’s, Transformers Fan control unit (NTU935)
and etc.
* Coordinate and support with the CIMAC Electrical and Automation (PLC & Instrument
Contractor) for the Modbus and profit bus communication of11kV switchgear, 3.3kV
switchgears, 3.3kV soft starters, Transformers, VFD’s, MV-MCC panels and York optiview
panels.
* Coordinate and support with the Johnson controls for the York Chiller commissioning.
* Responsible for the testing and commissioning of Building management system (AHU,
FAF, EF, FCU’s & etc) in close coordination with JBK controls.
* Responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of all the electrical & HV AC
systems available in the plant.
* Responsible for the supervision of electrical installations and modification works.
* Responsible for the training of the subordinates /operators.
* Review of shop drawing, coordination drawing & red marked as built drawings and
technical documents of all the electrical systems of IDCP, RO plant and HEX stations.
* Performed the Installation, setting to work, internal checks of Siemens NXAIR P-IEC 11kV
switchgears (Three Incomers of 4000A capacity, Two Bus couplers of 4000 A capacity
and Thirty four outgoing feeders of 11/3.3kV and 11/0.415kV of 1250A capacity.
* Performed the installation, setting to work, internal checks of Siemens Switchgear-NX-AIR
M-IEC 11kV switchgears (Two Incomers of 630A capacity, One Bus couplers of 1250 A
capacity and four outgoing feeders of 11/3.3kV and 11/0.415kV of 630 A capacity same
like Two line up in RO plant.
* Performed the installation, setting to work, internal checks of 3.3kV switchgears HV-MCC
panels and MV-MCC panels for the RO system.

* Performed the installation, setting to work, programming of Siemens VFD - ( Sivacon-
Micro Master-440) for twenty six Number cooling towers of the cooling plant.
* Coordinate with relay protection engineer during the relay testing and programming.
* Installed, tested and commissioned the 110V DC system for the District cooling plant and
RO plant.
