• Performs tasks related to the overseeing procurement of the Services required by the various operation departments through specialized procurement activities, i.e. long term agreements and tendering according to established procurement policies, procedures and applicable laws.

• Actively involved in the Contractual/ Commercial/ Technical negotiation and finalization of major services (basis-Turnkey, Lumsum, Re- Measurable), project contracts, maintenance and support service contracts
• Drafting and reviewing and implementing of all types of contracts including, but not limited to Turnkey Contracts, Purchase Agreement, Services Agreements, Outsourcing Agreement, Consultancy Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, Amendments and Addendums to the Contract, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
• Accurately processing and placing MSA/SA/SO/PO’s with required Terms & Conditions followed by pipe line tracker.
• Monitoring OTDP and re-scheduling the priorities based on PLANT SHUT DOWN urgencies and Push-outs.
• Liaison with user departments to ensure service agreements are fulfilled with interdepartmental requirements.
• Assess business risk relative to delivery/ service time and cost of inventory for determining Warehouse and supplier availability
• Developing potential vendors globally and Negotiate for Techno-Commercial offers to assure maximum organizational benefits with minimum risk.
• Rapid TAT to mitigate uncertainties and risk for situations like “URGENT, EMERGENCY, BREAK DOWN, SHUT DOWN” services etc.

• Analyzing Customer i/p like Specs, Drawings, Conducting Feasibility Study and Extracting Costed BOM
• Running MPI as per BDG indent / forecast and executing Strategic Procurement action based on Material Planning Implementation (MPI) and Critical-Pull-In (CPI) to meet PPC Schedules.

• Aware and Comply with Quality manual, Quality Management System, Quality Policy, Quality Goals and applicable Stipulated Laws and Regulations
• Conduct Supplier Evaluation, Qualifications and ON-SITE Audits if calls for existing or New Project Implementation (NPI)
• Calibrating Supplier performance by considering Quarterly ratings like Quality 40%, Quantity 25%, Delivery 25% and Service 10%
• Continually putting effort for supplier management to improve Q, C, D and Value added to the business allied equally to Goods and Services.
• Developing Innovative commercial solutions to achieve WIN/WIN Situation.
• Timely travel plans for necessary supplier audits to ensure material quality and supplier vetting.
• Preparing MIS data for Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly and getting reviewed with MRB, RCA been conducted and are closely monitored for CA & PA.

• Document and Maintain category sourcing instructions contained in a category strategy card including bid thresholds, RFx templates, supplier lists and competencies
• Research and identify suppliers as required and update the approved supplier list
