• Managing four IKEA store’s goods flow team.
• Working with the country in-store logistics and the store commercial team to always secure the highest goods availability for customers at the lowest possible cost.
• Working closely with the Sales and Supply Support team to secure a common short and mid-term capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store to maximise efficient logistics operations with the right balance in smooth incoming volume.
• Managing the inventory and fleet.
• Implementing and maintaining the merchandising / ready to sell package while refilling the articles in Sales location.
• Handling articles without causing damages, covering assembled items or items with open cartons to prevent dust.
• Proper documentation of transaction made (as back flow/ transfer location/replenishment), articles to be in the picking location as assigned and reporting quantity variances if found in the bin.
• Assigning tasks / Daily shift routines making sure 100% completion by the end of the shift with accuracy.
Ensuring all Warehouse and Inventory checklists are updated, filed, and signed on daily basis i.e. Warehouse safety & Cleanliness, Inventory, Trailer, MHE’s and Inventory daily routines.
