Main Responsibilities and Achievements- Managing 15 buildings ( Approximately 800 no of apartment units, 35 no of Villa & commercial building- In charge for MEP, Housekeeping & security team-
• Leading the teams of Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping
• Projects handling, coordinating and budgeting
• Building inspections for the betterment of the buildings
• Policies and Procedures implementation where the gaps are available in the system
• Identify and implement innovative ways to enhance service delivery to the tenants

• Implantation of cost saving initiatives
Preparing Risk assessment and safety audits
Identify and monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and advice if necessary for corrections
Investigate, report and keep track of personal injury accidents
Safety inspection of facilities, equipment and processes
Provide induction and toolbox talks
Attend any required training
Educate workers of safety concerns
Ensure all employees behaviour suit the needs of health and safety and accident prevention
Preparation and implementation of the monthly Safety meeting
Preparing & implementing Standard operating procedures
