• One point contact for all operations and facilities related matters of the school
• Maintain the school building and campus as per standards required by the local and international inspection boards with regards to Health, Safety, Security and cleanliness
• Engage in the professional development of faculty and high quality training of the facilities team
• Contribute to effective school health and safety, security, budget and improvement planning
• Conduct regular inspections of the school alarm system, fire alarm system and other machinery
• Plan effective implementation of the Traffic Management Control (TMC) system of the school
• Fulfill responsibilities as the ‘School Compliance Officer’ directed by ADEK
as the one-point contact for infrastructural management related queries/requirements
•Conduct internal health & safety audits
•Associate with all stake holders to supervise the health & safety within school premises by establishing, maintaining, and communicating safety-related policies and procedures
•Supervise & monitor school facilities, maintaining high standards of hygiene and ensuring seamless functioning
•Coordinate & follow up on purchase orders on the corporate ERP system, (Microsoft DAX)
•Govern monthly usage of utilities and device strategies for responsible consumption
•Liaise with vendors for procurement of resources while evaluating the efficiency of the vendor, monitoring the quality, costing and timely delivery of the resources
•Responsible for management and review of inventory
•Conduct periodic trainings for the support staff pertaining to health and safety, handling young students and building a trusting and safe relationship, COVID19 protocols etc.
•Collaborate with the MSO (Manager School Operations) to plan and implement communication and emergency protocols among the staff/visitors during the COVID19 pandemic
•Execute DHA (Dubai Health Authority) guidelines strategically to monitor the health and safety of the staff and visitors E.g. usage & availability of masks & hand sanitizers, social distancing, potential influx/movement plan of visitors/staff within the facility
•Govern the installation of thermal cameras, sanitization stations, setting up entry/exit points etc. for safe activity within the facility
•Device routine systems to de - sanitize the facility to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
E.g. fogging, deep sanitization etc.
•Address all emergencies adhering to the COVID19 protocols, in the absence of the MSO.
(Govt. & Institutional Services - Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Uganda, Tanzania, Cameroon, Rwanda, Egypt, Libya & Kurdistan)
•Lead trade facilitation promptly and consistently for the issuance of Certificates of Conformity, assessment instructions, GIS business rules and all other related references
•Manage ‘Trade work’, process and issue ‘Certificates of Conformity’, supervise the completion/issuance of certifications and registrations in adherence to the contract and GIS business rules.
•Responsible for fulfilling client’s requirements by providing prompt and professional certification service
•Shouldered additional responsibilities as delegated by the Manager in the achievement of departmental goals
•Lead and execute all procedures to maintain Health and Safety of all stake holders within the organization
for sales in Dubai
•Responsible for researching the market, interpreting sale patterns and devising strategic plans to attract potential clients
with auditors for conducting audits
•Prepare bank reconciliation and generate MIS reports
