Job responsibilities were as follows:
Developing short and long term Shutdown maintenance schedules, developing preparation, pre-execution and execution shutdown plan and coordinate related Risk register, Developing and prepare Shutdown cost Estimate & budget for all shutdown phases (Preparation, pre- Execution, Execution and post Shutdown), monitors completion of the work carried out and tracking activities.
Daily Maintenance Planning (SAP R/3, PM&MM Module)
•Review of notifications for the corrective jobs and assigning WBS to shutdown notifications on daily basis with operation.
• Collate relevant documents, visit to sites to understand the methods and requirements for the execution of the job at the safest, effective and economic way and to prepare the best work-plan package, in consultation with all stake holders.
• Detailed activities planning and material identification for the job work order.
• Coordinate to review, challenge, and determine priority of work for acceptance.
• Conduct the planning review meeting with execution team for the 14 Days planned job.
• Weekly look ahead preparation for scheduling jobs for the next 2 weeks.
• Monitoring of PM work orders and corrective work order compliance.
• Coordinate and assist execution team for the closing of work order after completion of the job to maintain the compliance.
• Identification of long term and shutdown jobs and planning and preparation for the same by following the Gate process.
• Shutdown Planning & scheduling in SAP & MS Project/ Primavera P6.
• SD Job scope finalization and work pack preparation & review.
• Identification of material and long lead items for the shutdown jobs.
• Shutdown time estimation and proposing the same to management.
• Coordinating with maintenance planners for collecting data for Task list, Job synchronization, Resource Identification, external support planning, scheduling and levelling.
• Support the team in tracking and follow up on job pack review.
• Tracking of cost on regular basis and updating management.
• Coordinate in reviewing of all Additional work request & scope request (AWR/ ASR) and track them for approval and inclusion in job list.
Review the impact on cost & schedule and update management.
• Coordinate with various stake holders for finalizing TA Handbook.
• Conduct daily TA meetings with all stake holders.
• Support the team in identifying all TA service contracts in coordination with various departments.
• Support in coordinating timely mobilization of contractors, vendor visa arrangement, gate passes & safety training.
• Support the team in securing all required IFC drawings/ RAT sheets other documentation for fabrication jobs.
• Support the team in coordinating/ tracking for Job safety analysis, Rescue plans and other requirements leading to safe execution of TA.
• Coordinate in arranging additional resources for any finding during TA and ensure their completion on time.
• Regular contact with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Accounts, Safety and Security at similar or next higher level to plan and coordinate Turnaround / Shutdown work.
• Frequent interaction with Inventory & Warehouse staff to review the services provided by them.
• Co-ordinate post Turnaround reconciliation and stock inventorying process.
• Document job completion, verify time sheets & Involve in resolving contractual claims
• Coordinate in timely review of contractor invoices and Co-ordinate Service Entries in SAP.
• Monitoring of shutdown and publishing the report on daily basis.
• Working on preparation of 5 years plan for long term jobs. And planning, scheduling and monitoring of all long term jobs like equipment shutdown or equipment overhauling
