Administering more than 300 GSM Services across Qatar by choosing the appropriate packages as per the User/Business requirements and coordinating with GE Finance team and ISP for Billing issues.

Delivering the forecast report for Dell Vendor regarding assets for every 3 months
Designing plans and ensuring scheduled or unscheduled backups as per the plan, analyzing and identifying potential issues with computer systems
Providing Tele presence and video conferencing support to GE meetings
Engaged in maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
Delivering support to all kind of McAfee encryption issues to GE users along with Cisco and Avaya network phones
Addressing queries regarding the information system or software and extending onsite support to the clients, also maintaining directory including security domains, user profiles and other resources on the network
Steered the network and cabling projects for all GE sits in Qatar, managed laptop buffer stock for GE Qatar
Gained knowledge on
a. Internet, VPN circuits in different GE premises across Qatar
b. Installing & configuring GE laptops with GE images for Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Giving desktop support to 1000+ users in HO and also support off-shore and on-shore rigs remotely.
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
