Lead/ Assist a team of Junior Engineers and Automotive technicians to integrate power train in Utility vehicle and other different projects in research and development of the off road vehicle.

1. Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Centralized Toyota Dealer Management Systems (CTDMS).
2. Provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
3. Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
3. Advise customers on the required vital jobs.
4. Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
5. Raise Warranty approvals
6. Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.
7. Prepare Invoices on CTDMS and arrange for Active delivery of vehicles.
