Calendar management : Ran calendars for senior managers and project teams across different time zones. Made sure meetings didn’t clash and everyone actually showed up.

Set up meetings, calls, and workshops from scratch — booked rooms, sent invites, sorted tech, chased people for agendas.

Handled all the travel stuff: flights, hotels, visas, cabs. If a trip went sideways, I fixed it.

Planned workshops and site visits — sorted food, stay, printing, and made sure the day ran smooth without chaos.

Took meeting notes and turned them into clear action points. Followed up with people so things actually got done.

Kept all project files and docs organized. If someone needed a deck from 6 months ago, I could pull it in 2 mins.

Managed training sessions — sent out invites, tracked who confirmed, shared pre-reads, handled last-minute changes.

Helped teams with EY’s internal tools. If someone was stuck, I was the guy they pinged first.

Dealt with confidential info daily and kept it tight. No leaks, no drama.

Juggled 10 things at once, hit deadlines, and stayed cool when plans changed last minute.

Used Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint all day, every day. Lived in my inbox and made it work.

Worked with global teams over calls and email. Figured stuff out on my own but always had the team’s back.
