Responsible for developing and improving the Project Gating System and Project
Management Manual to produce a global and agile system according to the needs and
requirements of the SABIC Mega Projects around the globe.
* Drafting, reviewing, and periodically updating the SABIC Gating System, Project
Management Manual (‘PMM’), and Invitation to Bid (‘ITB’) Documents for SABIC Mega
Projects.
* Coordinate between Customer(s) and other stakeholder(s) to facilitate gate deliverables
preparation and submission up to gate deliverables approval.
* Responsible for ensuring the implementation and application of the PMM based on ISO
9001:2015 compliance through the implementation of periodic audits.
* Participate as an

Overall Responsibilities:
* Plan quarry operations to meet the needs of production in terms of quantity/quality and
external client’s requirements whilst mitigating production costs.
* Establish plans to achieve a production target, introduce cost-saving measures to control unit
production cost. Evaluated life-cycle costs for assembling new crushing plants and blasting
design.
* Monitor drilling and blasting operation, plant, machinery, and maintenance operations in
adherence to safety and quality control standards.
* Handle an array of tasks on tendering, preparing quotation invitations for procurement of
sub-contractors and suppliers, and developing tender submission reports.
* Prepared production budget and improved budget limitations to meet the plant’s annual
objectives and standards according to sales projections.
* Determine adequacy of personnel, equipment, and technologies used for operations and
prepare work schedules accordingly.
* Process interim payment applications for suppliers and sub-contractors as well as ensure all
HSSE compliance requirements are met and documented as per policies.
* Evaluate/report on the adequacy/performance of instituted quality management systems,
ascertain their capabilities to provide for sustainable development.
* Resolve quality control issues through regular meetings with the management while
continually enhancing Quality Management Systems in the production line.
* Successfully deliver a new developed quarry (Sg Serai Quarry) within the stipulated timeline.
