• Development and expansion of the distribution & project channels for OSRAM lamps & LEDVANCE luminaires within the assigned territories and establishment of these channels in new markets.

• Maintaining customer relationship by visiting store managers, department managers, and retail sales staff; responding to their queries and requests.
• Advising dealers about product placement to maximize customer interest and sales.
• Responsible for providing dealers and their sales teams with necessary technical expertise to enable them to better sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material and product training.
• Close liaison with the field force to assess the response and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
• Act as point of first reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to address any issues that may arise.
• Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
• Responsible for preparing product forecasts and constantly monitoring inventory levels with dealers including liaison with production to ensure supply timelines.

Regional Sales Executive
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and developing new business relationships.

• Key account management for the KSA and Bahrain Markets and developing new buyers for timber and panel products of PVS from the origins - China, Malaysia, Romania, Brazil, Indonesia, Africa).
• Coordinating with the suppliers/procurement team on regular basis to track the progress and shipments of existing orders.
• Advising procurement team on volumes/prices/grades/origins for gaining competitive advantage.
• Develop pricing strategies for the entire range of products.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Purchase & Sales Coordinator
• Generating Purchase Orders for cargo to be imported from China upon sale of the same to associated customer.
• Request for LC’s for supplier to Singapore office. Make the LC draft and send to Singapore office along with the Corresponding supplier contract, LC route & supporting export leg.
• Request for LC amendments based upon need.
• Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers.
• To ensure that purchases arrive on schedule.
• Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
• Device shipping plan for goods and cargo that has to be delivered to consignees.
• Address to China office the new enquiries that we receive from Sales Team. Follow up for prices and freights, and update sales.
• Issuing Sales Orders upon order confirmation by using company ERP and updating progress of the same.
• Preparing documentation details for cargo loaded on vessel once vessel is set to sail.
• Sending Shipping Advices to customer with the vessel details, quantity shipped, and insurance details.
• Follow up with the agents at various destinations for ETA of vessels.
• Sending copy documents to customers once ready and updating them with details of dispatch once original documents are sent to them.
• Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
