I was the MEP Construction Manager / Project Managerand in charge of overall MEP Project Management, Cost Management as single point contact for all MEPrelated issues. Specialized ELV systems like Guest room Management system, BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, VRF system, Stair case pressurization, Car park ventilation etc..
Successful Completion & Handing over of One Billion Qatar Rials (USD 274 Million) Education Facility, for beneficial use of North Western University - Qatar as on 01 January 2017. While working for Louis Berger International as Site Manager - MEP. This included;
1. North Western University in Qatar for Journalism & Communication. Consisting of Main works package, Media Package & FFE Package.
2. Major Infrastructure utility services (Chilled Water Energy Transfer Stations, Fire Main, Potable watermain, Draining, Electrical HV cabling, Telecom Ducts etc.).
3. Project was awarded LEED GOLD certification in August 2016. Only Educational facility in Qatar to obtain same. Various system Installations / testing & Commissioning handled; HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Small Power, Lighting Control system, ELV - BAS, Access Control, CCTV, IDF / MDF(ICT). Media Package coordination. Excellent Coordination between, Main works, Media Package, Furniture Fixture & Equipment and Landscape contractors. I was designated as Assistant Resident Engineer by Client in appreciation to my efforts and seconded by client towards last six months of project during Handing over stage.2. Secondment to (Client) ASTAD from 01 June 2017 to 31 December 2017 based on client request.

• In charge of Dubai operations.• MEP works at Ware house for HH Sheikh Hamdan in Zabeel Dubai.• HVAC works for residential tower at Zabeel for RAS Engineering.

Handled high end luxury hotel / resort projects worth $ 370 million in total. While working for RPW Consulting Engineers - Dubai as Senior Resident Mechanical Engineer. This includes;1. Fairmont Residences (North & South towers). Palm Jumeirah Dubai.2. Angsana Resorts (Eastern Mangrove). Abu Dhabi. 3. Design & Supervision of Mechanical Infrastructure required for Five Star resorts / hotels. (HVAC system, Chilled Water ETS, Potable water, Draining etc.).My Duties as Resident Senior Mechanical Engineer were: • Engineering Management: As clients Engineer, I was in charge of Designing HVAC system, Issue Specifications / addendums, Issue construction drawings, Form a link between Architect & client. Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals and method statements by contractors. Handling technical quires for M&P related issues, witnessing of tests, liaising with client and local regulating bodies. Familiar with ASRAE, ARI, EUROVENT, AMCA, ASTM, SMACNA, BS, NFPA standards.• Cost Management: Review of Contract Documents & addendums (Technical & Commercial), Value engineering.• Witnessing / signing authority for Performance tests (fan, coil & acoustic performance) carried out on Mekar treated outdoor air unit (AHU) at Deutsche Montana Technologies Gmbh (DMT) lab Germany.• Financial Management: Preparing fee proposals, Filling and submission of time sheets to client, follow up for payments on monthly invoices.

My duties as Commissioning Engineer Mechanical system were:• I was working in capacity of Commissioning Manager / In charge of Mechanical system. My prime responsibility was to study the Design drawings, Specifications & Approved Material submittals for compliance & acceptance in principle. Thereafter I was in charge of making detailed program in line with project requirement, Method statements, handling Technical Quires, Liaising with main contractor, consultants & client's representatives. Trouble shooting relating to performance of equipment's. Liaising with suppliers & manufacturers. Assisting in preparation of As Built Drawings & Operation Maintenance Manuals, also involved in monitoring of site execution works. Familiar with CIBSE / BSRIA standards.
Handled Projects worth $ 50 million in total. While working for ETA ASCON Group (MNE) Division as Project Supervision Engineer. Which included;
a. Refurbishment of Office space at TOYOTA work shop Rashidiya for Al-Futtaim Engineering Dubai.
b. Commercial and residential building for Sheikha Mariam in CBD Dubai.
c. HVAC works for DEWA Sub-stations at Fujairah, Munnai.
d. 17 story commercial & residential building in Fujairah for Arab Poultries.
e. Private high end luxury villa for Sheikh Hamdan at Zabeel area Dubai
f. Sheraton Hotel Sharjah. UAE.
g. MEP services for Down Town center commercial complex in Sharjah for MOB Hyder.

Job Involved Value Engineering, preparing detailed Job cost analysis, material & manpower planning, Finalization of contract with Sub-contractors, Co-ordination with design, Purchase, and commercial department. Liaison with MEP consultants, Main Contractor, Clients representatives and other agencies involved at project site for site co-ordination. Finalization of materials. Follow up for payments.
