Clad repair of PTA Crystallizers, Mangalore.
Incoming material inspection to ensure they meet job quality specifications.
Interpretation of drawings (GA, P&ID, ISO, etc.)
Prepare project documents, procedures, test plans and test packs.
Witness/conduct Welder Qualification test as per ASME SECIX.
To provide verification of electrodes, backing and holding temperature, control & issue.
Perform quality control inspection of piping, structural and equipment’s in accordance with
applicable codes and clients specifications.
Monitoring and inspection of Joint preparation, welding consumables and preheating etc.,
are accordance to WPS and project requirements.
Compile daily welding reports, weld production reports and NDT activities.
Monitor stage by stage inspection, and recommend corrective actions, witnessing NDT,
Hydro-test etc. as per ITP in compliance with codes and standards.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment
Management System requirements.
Complete final Dossier attaching all Quality documents.
