1. Handling all the enquiries received from the sales
team for all ELV Systems (Access control System,
CCTV System, Public Address System, Intrusion
Alarm System, Disable Toilet Alarm System and
Structured Cabling System).
2. Verifying the contents of enquiry documents received
from the sales team and intimate the team of any
missing document.
3. Studying the specifications, drawings and estimating
the quantities for all ELV Systems.
4. Preparing the BOQ based on the received documents
from the customer.
5. Engaging with the relevant vendors for pricing
support.
6. Review of quotations received against the enquiry
raised from vendor and preparing summary and
shortlisting vendors based on delivery lead time,
budget etc. & preparing costing for the systems
accordingly.
7. Support the Sales team with technical presentations
for the customer.
8. Handing over the quotation to the sales team and
support for negotiation and finalization of the
submitted quote.
9. Coordination with sales team for any further
requirements from customer until the LOI is received.
10. Upon the confirmation of the LOI, prepare all the
submittals such as pre-qualification, technical
submittal and shop drawing's.
11. Support the Project team in getting approval for all
the submittal from the client & consultant.
12. Handing over all the necessary project documents to
the project team.
13. Coordinating with the project team to prepare the
project plan, vendor Management & provide technical
support to the project team.
14. Providing support in supply chain activities and liaise
with vendors to expedite delivery of for ordered goods
and services.
15. Preparation of Method of Statements for Installation,
Testing and Commissioning, O & Manuals for final
hand over of the project.
16. Preparing costings for tender RFQ received and
coordinating for timely tender submissions.

Preparation, Coordination, Review & Submission of IFC
Design drawings, Specifications, Reports, Shop drawings,
As built drawings for following Disciplines - ELV Systems
(ELV Containment, Public Address, Access Control &
CCTV System).
