*Mitigation of the Challenges:
•Allocated the time for each work and completed the task.
•Planned and divided the work as per the availability of time for all the work.

•Designed visiting cards & logo for Corona Borealis Pvt Ltd (Mumbai).

*Challenges:
•Limited time frame for designing along with the editing for each design.
•To understand the concept as the conversation was through mail.

*Mitigation of the Challenges:
•Improved the software skill to fasten my designing process.
•Sent the rough artwork before proceeding with the final design.

• Painting (Tribal art of Maharashtra, India) on different texture paper using my own style.
•Coordinating with the frame master for the frame work.

*Challenges:
•At times, Unavailability of frame for the ordered painting in time & price range.

*Mitigation of the Challenges:
•Discussing with the client for the availability of similar frame and proceeding as per client’s instructions.

•Product Designing in Indian Handicrafts, Textiles & Fashion Accessories.
•Associated with overseas clients (FTC Japan, TTV USA, TTV Canada & El Puente) for innovative ideas and trends.
•Reviewed and critiqued designed samples from supplier and ensured proper execution of design for client satisfaction.
•Interpreting various trends through design and development.
• Visiting various manufacturer sites along with overseas client & provide innovative tips for their end products.

•Difficulty for the manufactures to understand the specifications easily.
•Work from the other department in regards to designing along with the clients work.

*Mitigation of the Challenges:
•Planning and discussing with the client about the design before sketching the final design.
•Visited the manufacturer sites to brief them about the designs in laymen language.
•Conducted meeting with the department and planned the work.
