HR Operations

Compensation and Benefits
•Conduct periodic compensation and benefits benchmarking exercise and calibrate company’s C&B structure using HAYS method.
•Compare the company’s C&B policy with industry standards and make modifications when necessary


•Design and implement C&B grading system which can be applied to all the positions in the company in order to standardize the salaries and benefits throughout the organization.

•Coordinate interview process between clients and candidates.
•Member of interview panel for several critical internal and external positions
•Conduct competency-based interviews and personality tests and set up skill assessment centers
•Follow the mobilization of selected candidates with the operations department.

ACHEIVEMENTS
•Increased employee retention by 25% by implemented a clear, stepwise process and monitoring the performance against KPIs.

•Generate and file documents such as Interview Summary Report, Candidate’s Documents, Offer Letter etc.
•Mail invoices to the client and coordinate the payment process.
•Generate and maintain MIS reports for oil & gas recruitment.
•Participate in management meetings and ensure the set KPIs for oil & gas recruitment are met.

•Increased number of per month hire by 26%
